SPA Delegation Leaves for Vietnam (KCNA) A delegation of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) led by Deputy to the SPA Choe Jin Su, left to attend the 132nd Conference of the Inter-Parliamentary Union in Vietnam.
