NPAD admits North torpedoed Cheonan (JoongAng Ilbo) New Politics Alliance for Democracy (NPAD) Chairman Moon Jae-in acknowledged for the first time that the Cheonan sinking was due to a torpedo attack by a North Korean submarine.
