The 'concept' with my small hardly started book "I Love You Park" is to write a small story about love illustrating the statement "I Love U" engraved into the bamboo in the picture. Very quickly the bamboo grows high up beyond eyesight, and beyond the walls of the park... and it changes with time age and the sun. By the time the bamboo plant reaches its zenith, 'I love U" is still there, but really really up high above us in the park...and looks quite different, and may even be unreadable, due to its natural desire, and its achievement, in growing so very high above us.

I recall when hurtful actions against me, though relatively rare, would engage me for weeks afterwards, but these days, it's hard to go beyond an hour holding a grudge. I'm not really sure if this is due to wisdom or simply a general lack of interest.

Happy Valentine's Day to dear wife Wan Yi who I love and respect, and to dear Tianshu step-daughter who I love and respect. The sunflowers are for this family and all who we are one with, in so many times and places all around the world...as family, kin, kith, friend and kindred, for all of then, for all of now, and for all as time goes by
