This is the world's largest human power-exchange and it will be done smoothly with Chairman Xi replacing Chairman Hu. A new President, a brand new government, closer integration of China's 5 armies, and a brand new navy to secure all sea borders and trade routes for the long term, 50 years. This is a big, positive, long analysed and well planned Water Dragon Year for the China Dragon.
