I expect a bit of nasty Oz violence in the last ten minutes.

I love the Australian team but I expect they will, when absolutely physically rooted, as usual, to start physically hurting the Japanese team illegally, especially Honda, but the refereeing is far too good for Oz to get away with that.

Endo to Kakawa to Honda in Striking Mode...tying up the fluidity in counter-attack...this is Japan playing in strong, smart Manchester United Attack Style

Oh Dear Me...They've replaced Holman...I wouldn't have done that...

It's Really Good to See a Team Like Japan, who doesn't Have To win this game, they just need to draw the game, but they are trying so hard, so fast, to win this game...I'm very impressed

This is Great Sportsmanship. This is the Beautiful Game!

Japan's skillset in the game

Apparently a draw of nil-nil will ensure Japan progresses to Brasil World Cup, but my goodness, they really want to win this game...I respect that. They don't need to, but they will go flat out to win the game. That's good.

The World Cup Qualifier Game Continues Australia V Japan

Lucas Neil is a very good defender for Australia.
Holman's ability to come back from attack to steal the ball against the run of play does certainly show his credentials, hard-learnt from the very professional Dutch League, ...that is pure eclectic Netherlands play...brilliant and unexpected...sparkling...but you can only do it twice in a game.
But it is the speed and cohesion and attacking gusto of the Japanese team, and the greater physical fitness, that still indicates that Honda will probably score soon. He's shaping up now and has a good midfield feed to him.
Australia is tiring against the fitter faster Japanese boys.
Damn, but it's an interesting game now that the Australian Italian style defence attempt isn't working so well.
Better flow.
Cahill's always a threat up front, but Oz just has to get up front a lot more often for the percentages to come through.
The Refereeing is astoundingly good.

World Cup Football Soccer Qualifying Game Right Now, Half Time, Japan V Australia 0-0

Hmmm.
I'd expect Japan to win because their team is more loaded with talent and it's a more integrated, coherent team that plays well together far more often than the Australian Team does. Australia is doing okay. The Japanese team is fitter and wants to play faster football, but so far Australia is limiting that zeal with good structural slowing down of the game in that Italian-learnt tradition that Australia often uses. It's a good game.
